Escape to this quaint and romantic stone cottage located in Change, a small Burgundian village surrounded by absolutely superb countryside and vineyards.
Most of around landscapes are State or Natura 2000 strictly protected from any building and have a lot of very close tracks and roads for walking or cycling.

Five minutes away, in the fine old village of Nolay (French), you will find all you need: butcher and bakers, and services such as doctors, pharmacies, banks, post-office, newspapers, supermarket and bicycles available for hire. In Santenay (ten minutes away), there are a swimming-pool, and riding-school. You can play tennis and... there is even a casino (French) if you are in the mood !

Visit many famous and historic towns such as Beaune, Autun, Tournus (French), Dijon; and châteaux such as La Rochepot, Bussy-Rabutin, Commarin, Couches, Sully, and Cormatin.  

"Route des Grands vins" (Burgundy's wine road) is only 3 kms away! Make a tour of beautiful wine villages such as Dezize, Saint-Romain, Santenay, Meursault, Volnay, and Pommard to name just a few in the Côte de Beaune district. The other major wine producing areas - Côte Chalonnaise, Côte de Nuits and Mâconnais - are not so far either.

Being available all year means that you can appreciate the different seasons. Enjoy the quiet tempo of country life all year as well as outside meals in summer and open log fires in winter for a romantic week-end.
