- Living-room (30 m²), upper ground-floor, with exposed stone walls and beams, open fire and views on the owner's garden. Two couches, two arm-chairs, ine chair, one old and large "Restauration" cupboard, and carpet. Micro Hi-Fi system (Radio, CD and cassette), flat screen TV (Astra satellite), DVD player, books, games, and tourist documentation - Upstairs access through spiral staircase: bed-room (18 m²) in the fully renovated and insulated attic with exposed frame. Twin beds (90 x 200 cm) convertible to one double bed (180 x 200 cm) on request, one chest of drawers, and wardrobe. Cot for one child under two (120 cm) available on request. All linen is provided. When you arrive, the beds are made. - Shower room upper ground-floor: shower with mixer tap, WC. Automatic ventilation. Baby tub on request. All linen is provided - Secundary entrance to dining-room (12m²), low ground-floor, and also direct access from living-room. Exposed stone walls and beams. Views on the owner's garden. Six people table and chairs. High-chair for young child on request. Enclosed kitchen: electric and pyrolysis owen (includ. grill), electric hob, cooker hood, fridge/deep-freeze, dishwasher and wash-machine (dishwasher and wash-machine liquids and powders are provided). Ventilation. - All linen is provided - Separate access to cellar for parking bikes
